Safety and Care

Keep the device on a flat, heat-safe surface with clear space above to vent steam
Always securely lock the lid
Never exceed the max 2 L fill, and let steam escape through the lid opening (Keep the crown on when instructed)
Handle the Blade by the hub (not the edges)
Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth
Wash the Jar and accessories promptly after use
Make sure contact pins are dry before re-inserting
Do not put the jar into the dishwasher
Please ensure that your household electricals are properly earthed before use

Warranty and Support

Every Upliance Value comes with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty, included with your purchase at no extra cost.

An additional 1-year warranty can be purchased for ₹3,500.

What’s Included:

Hardware protection: Covers defects in materials and build for major internal and external hardware components, such as the motor, heating system, and electronics.
Recipes: Free until January 2028. After that date, all recipes released before 2028 remain available permanently.
Repairs and replacements: Faulty parts will be repaired or replaced.
Free replacement: If a major defect cannot be repaired, we’ll replace your device at no cost.
Coverage period: 6 months from the original date of purchase.
Validity: Warranty and service are valid only in India.

Service options:

Doorstep pick-up & drop-off in Bengaluru, Mumbai (including Thane and Navi Mumbai), Pune (including Pimpri-Chinchwad), Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Surat, and Mysore.
For customers residing in other cities, please reach out to our support team!

What’s Not Covered:

Accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, cosmetic fading).
Jars, blades, consumables, or accessories.

Future Updates:

After January 2028, new recipes, AI features, and updates will be available via a subscription plan at ₹149/month.
The standard warranty does not include access to these new features.

What is the Value Edition?

Value Upliance is a value-priced Upliance 1.0 where the base unit is refurbished and quality-checked, while the cooking jar set and food-contact parts are new and checked, so you get the same everyday cooking experience at a lower price!

How is the Value Edition different from Upliance 1.O?

the regular Upliance 1.O has a brand-new main body, while Value Upliance 1.O has a refurbished main body.

The cooking jar is not refurbished, it is an unused, brand-new jar.
Everything else is the same, including the cooking experience, guided recipes, accessories, software experience, quality testing, return policy, and support.

Are the Accessories refurbished as well?

No, the accessories are not refurbished.

Is there anything missing compared to a new unit?

The only difference is the main body of the Upliance 1.O, which is refurbished and may contain some cosmetic marks. The rest of the device, accessories, and cooking experience will be the same as a brand new Upliance 1.O!

Do I get the same customer support as a new device?

Yes, all Upliance devices and users get the full customer support offered by us.

How do I request support or a callback?

Users can raise a request for assistance on their device, through the app on their phone, or reach out via emailing their concerns to hi@upliance.ai.

Does the Value Edition get the latest Kitchen OS2 software?

Yes, Value Edition also comes with the Kitchen OS2 software.

Will performance be the same as a brand-new unit of the same model?

Yes, the Value Edition device will perform on par with a brand-new Upliance 1.O.

What is the return policy for the Value Edition devices?

Value Edition is covered by the 7 Day Easy return policy, wherein:

After purchase, users can try out the device for 7 days.
If a user is unsatisfied, they can choose to return the device. This request for return must be placed within 7 days of purchase.
The user will get a full refund, no questions asked.

After the 7 day period has passed, the device is not available for returns or refunds.

Is the device dishwasher safe?

The jar is not dishwasher safe.
All other removable components such as the lid, blade, blade lock, blade cover, crown, are dishwasher safe.

Does it need WiFi & power?

Power is always required to operate the device
Connection to Wi-Fi is needed for updates/new recipes.
If WiFi is interrupted after cooking starts, you would be able to finish cooking.

Can I control it remotely?

Yes → Users can now control their Upliance 1.O devices directly from their phone.
