Service Availability
- Pick-up & drop-off service in Bengaluru, Mumbai (including Thane and Navi Mumbai), Pune (including Pimpri-Chinchwad), Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Surat, and Mysore.
- Other Locations: Customers residing in other than the aforementioned cities can courier their device to an authorized service center. Our support team will guide you through the process.
Service Model & Process
- Service Model: The devices will return to the company-owned centralized service hub in Bangalore, India for all repairs.
- Service Process: Customers must contact support to initiate a service request. The device will be collected and shipped to the designated service center.
- Turnaround Time: The specific timelines for servicing and repair will be communicated by the customer support team at the time of service request.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage or liquid damage
- User-induced damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading
- Accessories, packaging, or consumables
- Software, firmware, or connectivity issues not caused by a hardware defect
Future Updates
- Critical software updates will be provided periodically
- Mobile application updates will be released with new features over time
- Users will be notified if any subscription plans are introduced
Extended Warranty (Add-on)
- Provides additional coverage beyond the standard warranty period
- Must be purchased within 12 months from the date of device purchase
- Coverage begins immediately after the standard warranty period ends
- Includes the same coverage scope, service model, and exclusions as the standard warranty
