Refund & Return Policy

Refund Policy

If a customer purchases the delishUp⤴️, the order amount is refundable till such time that the delishUp⤴️ is delivered. To initiate a refund, the Customer must send a cancellation request via e-mail to connect@upliance.ai

All eligible refunds shall be processed by us within a period of 7 working days.

Please note that the Customers will be eligible for refunds only for the complete order amount paid by the Customers. The Customers shall not be eligible for any refunds on paymentdelishUp⤴️ trial or any other demo costs, cost of accessories, etc. 


Returns Policy

If the User is not completely satisfied with your delishUp⤴️ purchase, he/she may place a return request within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions herein. This Returns Policy applies to any delishUp⤴️ sold via https://www.upliance.ai/, any online/third-party e-commerce site which is authorized by Up⤴️ to sell saiddelishUp⤴️, and any physical outlet store of Up⤴️. This Returns Policy does not apply to any delishUp⤴️ sold from any external retail store or any online/third-party e-commerce site which is not authorized by Up⤴️ to sell said delishUp⤴️.

 

The refund applicable for any returned delishUp⤴️ in the aforementioned 30-day period shall be as follows:

 

Item Condition & Refund terms

Unbroken seal of the carton in which the delishUp⤴️ has been packaged: A full refund of the amount paid by the original

User/purchaser shall be processed to such User within 30 days from the return of the delishUp⤴️.

Broken seal of the carton in which the delishUp⤴️ has been packaged:  50% refund of the amount paid by the original User/purchaser shall be processed to such User within 30 days from the return of the delishUp⤴️.

If a delishUp⤴️ purchased by you has a manufacturing defect, you shall have the right to seek a replacement of the product in accordance with the Product Terms and Conditions of the delishUp⤴️.

 

7 Days No Questions Asked Policy

This policy is only applicable for direct purchase of the delishUp⤴️ without the 4 day at home trial.

delishUp⤴️ are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page or are unhappy with the device.

Return will be processed only if:

- it is determined that the device was not damaged while in your possession;

- the device is returned in original condition (with the original packaging, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

- Devices purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns.

Please follow the steps stated in the Cancellation/Returns policy to initiate a Refund. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the device prior to issuing a refund.

 

Additional conditions applicable to any and all returns under this Returns Policy:

a. Only the original User/purchaser of the delishUp⤴️ can initiate a refund request for the purchased delishUp⤴️, i.e., the person whose name is recorded as the purchaser in the invoice to such purchased delishUp⤴️.

b. If the delishUp⤴️ is returned by the original User/purchaser after the stipulated 30-day period, any cancellation or refund request by he/she on the purchased delishUp⤴️ shall not be accepted or processed by Up⤴️.

c. Any and all refund requests by the original User/purchaser shall not be processed if the delishUp⤴️ box/package and/or its accessories/parts therein are return damaged, in the sole opinion of Up⤴️.

d. Any and all refund requests by the original User/purchaser shall be processed only after the delishUp⤴️ has been returned and an assessment of the returned delishUp⤴️ has been made by Up⤴️, in accordance with the timelines mentioned above.

Procedure for Returns:

i. If the delishUp⤴️ was purchased via https://www.upliance.ai/, the original User/ purchaser shall at its own costs package the delishUp⤴️ and parcel the same to Up⤴️, 268, 13th Main, 21st Cross Road, HSR Sector 7, Bangalore - 560102. Such User shall separately enclose the invoice related to the purchases delishUp⤴️ along with the Returns Form below, signed and filled by the said User.

 ii. If the delishUp⤴️ was purchased via a physical outlet store of Up⤴️, the original User/purchaser shall only return such delishUp⤴️ to the same outlet store from which the purchase was made. Such User shall also be required to fill up and sign the Returns Form below and provide the same to the said outlet store.

 iii. If the delishUp⤴️ was purchased via an online/third-party e-commerce site, the original User/purchaser shall process returns in accordance with the policies and instructions of such an e-commerce site.

e. The original User/purchaser of the delishUp⤴️ shall be liable for any damage that occurs to said delishUp⤴️ before its return to Up⤴️, including during transit.

f. Please note that this Returns Policy is separate from the Warranty Terms of the delishUp⤴️. Any requests made in regards to this Returns Policy shall only relate to the return of the delishUp⤴️ within the 30-day period, and shall not form a claim for any
