7 days from delivery

If the upliance was delivered on a Tuesday, the 7 day period starts the next day, You can return it until 11:59pm on the Tuesday that follows.

LIMITATIONS

Cook as much as you want

No limits on how much you cook in the 7 days

There is only 2 limitation and requirement for the return.¹ You must return the upliance in the original box along with all accessories² the pick up address is same address as delivery address

Reach out to the upliance team between 10am and 8pm by pressing the “call me “ button on the upliance. Instant call back will happen, this is available even after the return period.

STEP 1

TRIGGER THE REFUND

Trigger the return and refund by sending an email to hi@upliance.ai

email checklist:
  1. “Return upliance" subject
  2. Serial number it is on the box or in the about section on the upliance
  3. Phone number used to log into the upliance

This is the only step that needs to happen in the 7 day return period.

STEP 2

REPACK THE UPLIANCE

Repack the upliance in the original box along with all accessories and wait for pick up to be set up. Team will assist in repacking over call if required.

CONFIRMATION

Tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of pick up and after confirmation of receipt and contents at upliance.ai location. refund will be triggered

STEP 4

REFUND

Refund will be provided to the original payment method, if that is not possible a direct transfer will be initiated of the full amount.

Takes 2-7 days depending on original payment method. (UPI is fastest)
