How does the 7-Day Easy Return work?

  1. Buy one of the Upliance (Upliance 1.O or Upliance 2.O) from our website.
  2. Cook for 7 days, choosing from 750+ recipes.

  3. If you’re not happy with the taste, return the product within 7 days and we’ll give you a full refund!

When does the 7-day period start?

The 7-day period begins on the day the product is delivered to your address.

In what condition must the product be for a return?

The product must not be broken, dented, or missing parts. Please return it in its original product box along with all accessories. If you don’t have the outer shipping carton, please reach out to us for assistance.

How do I request the 7-day Easy Return?

Please write to us at hi@upliance.ai with “Return upliance” as the subject line.
Please include all revelant details in the email, including invoice, serial number of the device(printed on the product box) and the phone number used to log in.

Do I pay for return shipping?

No. Pickup and shipping are fully covered by us. After you submit your request for return, we’ll arrange a courier pickup and share the details with you.

How long does it take to process the refund?

Refunds are processed from the day you send the return request:
  • Pickup and delivery to our warehouse: 7–10 days
  • Inspection and refund initiation: 1–2 days
  • Refund credit to your account: 2–7 days (depending on your bank)
Refunds are always made to your original payment method, unless you request otherwise.

Can I avail the 7-Day Easy Return more than once?

The policy is applicable once with the purchase of every Upliance device (Upliance 1.O and Upliance 2.O). You can avail it every time you purchase from our website.

Is the 7-Day Easy Return available everywhere?

The return policy applies only to orders placed on our website and delivered within India.

What happens if the product is returned damaged?

The returned product undergoes an inspection when we receive it from you. If the product is returned broken, dented, or with missing accessories, we may reject the return or deduct the cost of repairs/replacement before issuing a refund.
