Returns and refunds

Email us at along with your order details and a video of you packing the upliance. 

Once you email us, we will initiate the pickup. After the device reaches our office, we will run a quality check, which generally takes 48 to 72 hours. Once this is done, your refund will be initiated. The money will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days.

Our comprehensive warranty covers your upliance hardware product for a period of one year from the date of purchase along with critical software support to you for 7 years and 3 years support for new recipes & AI feature updates.

 This warranty includes the repair or replacement of defective parts and labour costs.
