You can choose to extend your coverage by 1 year by purchasing the Extended Warranty add-on for extra peace of mind.

Hardware protection: Defects in materials and build quality for all major components, including the motor, heating system, and electronics.
Critical software updates: Free for 7 years from the date of purchase.
Repairs and replacements: Faulty parts will be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished components of equal quality.
Free replacement: If a major defect cannot be repaired, your device will be replaced at no cost.

Service availability:

Doorstep pick-up & drop-off service in Bengaluru, Mumbai (including Thane and Navi Mumbai), Pune (including Pimpri-Chinchwad), Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Surat, and Mysore.
Customers residing in other than the aforementioned cities can courier their device to an authorized service center. Our support team will guide you through the process.
Geographic validity: Warranty and service are valid only in India.

Standard warranty coverage lasts 12 months from the date of purchase of your upliance device.

Extended Warranty (Add-On)

Adds 1 additional year of coverage, starting immediately after your standard 1-year warranty ends.
Must be purchased within 12 months of the purchase date of the device.
Includes the same terms as the standard warranty: hardware protection, critical software updates, recipes & AI updates, repairs/replacements, service availability, and exclusions.

Future Updates:
