Keep the device on a flat, heat-safe surface with clear space above to vent steam
Always lock the lid
Never exceed the max 2 L fill, and let steam escape through the lid opening (Crown on when instructed)
Handle the Blade by the hub (not the edges)
Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth
Wash the Jar and accessories promptly after use
Make sure contact pins are dry before re-inserting
Do not put the jar into the dishwasher
Exercise care and use only a light scrub around the jar bottom
Please ensure that your household electricals are properly earthed before use

Every Upliance 2.0 comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, included with your purchase at no extra cost.
An additional 1-year warranty can be purchased for ₹3,999.

- Repairs and replacements: If a covered part fails, we’ll repair or replace it with a new or refurbished part of equal quality.
Service options:
- Free pick-up and drop-off: Available in Bengaluru, Mumbai (including Thane and Navi Mumbai), Pune (including Pimpri-Chinchwad), Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Surat, Chennai, Kolkata, Kochi, and Mysore. If your device requires repair, we’ll collect it from your address and return it once serviced.
